Patch Readers Snag Harry Potter Tickets

Predict the Place winners to see new flick, gratis

Patch readers regularly tune in to Predict the Place to guess the location and win Patch prizes, .

Our were awarded tickets to see the new–and final—Harry Potter installment at the West Nyack IMAX Theater.

The movie opened Thursday night at 11:59 p.m. wearing cloaks and brandishing wands. Our winners will be checking out the Saturday evening showing.

And our winners are as local as they come—among them Library fixture Matthew Ciuccio, bartender Seamus McGuire and employee Beth Bate-Du Boff. Enjoy the show!

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I think…Read More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
