Yoga to help Joplin - We Can Help!! Tornado Relief Charity Class

Let's stand together and put our yoga into action to help our fellow Americans who are suffering the devastating effects of the deadly tornadoes in Missouri and Kansas.

Betsy Ceva, Charlene Bradin and Jerry Cincimino will teach three all levels yoga classes at Birchwood Center to benefit the American Red Cross, earmarked for Tornado Relief.  At 8:45 pm all three classes will gather together for silent meditation. 

The fee for these special classes is $20 - more is welcome, if participants are so moved, and all the proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross.  Due to the donation theme, this class is "cash or check only," no credit cards or class cards.  Checks should be made payable to American Red Cross with "Tornado Relief" in the memo line.  If you cannot attend your donations will still be gratefully accepted.
