Bounce! Trampoline Aerobics is an incredible workout! In this 45 minute class, you could burn more than 700 calories! A great social class where participants bounce on enormous trampoline courts, work with giant rubber balls and jump ropes and generally have a great time all while toning muscles and burning fat. Classes Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 6:45, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 - 7:45, Saturdays 9:30 am. Sign up in advance as the class fills up quickly and is capped at 20 people.
