Nyack Hospital 21st Annual BE HEALTHY 5K Run & Walk

Nyack Hospital Events, Neighbor

A 5K Run and Walk through Nyack and Upper Nyack, turning around at Marydell and back down Midland to finish at Nyack Hospital.  A scenic, flat 5K run and walk, you can run, walk, skip or stroll for 3.1 miles and enjoy a crisp fall day!

A health fair will take place at the Hospital as well, FREE for all to attend, whether registered for the race or not.  Open to the community.
