Clarkstown North defended their home field as they beat the Vikings on the pitch. The Rams were also victorious in boy’s volleyball, while the team from Clarkstown beat Nyack in the pool. Nyack fell in girl’s soccer but the Indians were able to salvage a tie in field hockey—and the tie means that Nyack and Coach Cheryl Eglin finish undefeated, giving the Indian field hockey team their first league championship since 1987.

Game: Nyack @ Valhalla
Score: Teams Tied 3-3
Highlights: Nyack tied on the road as the Indians got three goals from three players. Andie O’Sullivan, Taylor O’Sullivan and Nicolette Paletta each picked up a goal in the game. Julia Mezo had two goals for Valhalla and Sabrina Douglas added another. Nyack finishes the season as undefeated league champions.

Score: Clarkstown North Won 3-0
Highlights: The Rams picked up 2 goals from Robert Kcira and another from Danny Rivera as they shut out their cross district rivals 3-0. In the win Christian Obernesser had 9 saves.
Sport: Boy’s Volleyball
Game: Clarkstown North @ Suffern
Score: Suffern Won 3-0
Highlights: Suffern was able to defend their home court in straight sets against the Rams.
Sport: Girl’s Swimming
Game: Nyack @ Clarkstown
Score: Clarkstown Won 89-79
Highlights: Clarkstown got off to a great start as they finished first in the meets first three races. Tiana Poindexter was the lone Indian to win her race before the teams went into exhibition, Poindexter won the 50 Freestyle at 25.22.

Game: Clarkstown South @ Pearl River
Score:
Highlights: Before the game Pearl River honored their seniors but the Pirates were unable to translate that into any offensive momentum as the teams tied at zero. Adrienne Ammirati had five saves for Pearl River while Casie Keegan had eight for the Vikings.
Sport: Girl’s Soccer
Game: Nyack @ Albertus Magnus
Score: Albertus Magnus Won 2-1
Highlights: Albertus Magnus battled back after a 1-0 half time deficit to beat Nyack at home. Marisa Blanco and Julie McGowan scored for the Falcons and Tara Condon had seven saves in the win. Nyack’s lone goal was picked up by Taryn Brady.
