It wasn’t the best day for local teams as far as soccer is concerned as both the Rams and Vikings fell at home. But in volleyball Clarkstown North won a thrilling match against visiting Monroe Woodbury in 4 sets.

Sport: Boy’s Soccer

Game: New Rochelle @ Clarkstown North

Score:  Clarkstown North Lost 3-2

Highlights: The Huguenots took to the road and came back from Rockland with a win thanks to goals from Joelson Silva, William Lopez and Sergio Rico. In the victory Jack Roth had 4 saves for New Rochelle. In the loss the Rams goals were scored by Martin Domosi and Tony Oprisik.

Game: Suffern @ Clarkstown South

Score:  Clarkstown South Lost 2-1

Highlights: Clarkstown South fell to Suffern by one goal for the second time this season. Suffern has given the Vikings only two losses in the last 7 games.

 

Sport: Volleyball

Game: Monroe Woodbury @ Clarkstown North

Score:  Clarkstown North Won 3-1

Highlights: In a very competitive four set match the Rams found a way to win. Marie Guistino led the way with 13 kills while Brittany DeGaetano had 2 kills and 14 assists.

In boy’s soccer Nyack will head to Alexander Hamilton at 4:30.

In football, Poughkeepsie will head to Nyack to take on the Indians at Maccalman field at 7:30.

In girl’s soccer, Tappan Zee and Nyack will face off at Maccalman Field at 3:30.

In football, the Rams and Vikings will face off for distract supremacy under the lights at 7 at Clarkstown South.

In field hockey, Clarkstown North will take on Nyack at 4.

In girl’s soccer, Clarkstown North heads to East Ramapo at 4.

In girl’s soccer, Clarkstown South will head to Suffern at 4.

In volleyball, Clarkstown South will host Suffern at 4.
