The Upside to Down: An Inversions Workshop with Michelle Dawson

In spite of our best efforts to control things, there are moments in everyone's life where we take a fall.  Inversions help us learn how to fall with grace.  In this three-hour workshop, Michelle Dawson will lead us through five specific inversions:  head stand, forearm stand, handstand, full wheel, and shoulder stand, complete with variations, modifications and counter poses, to help us become less afraid when things turn upside down.
