The eastbound lane of Route 59 in Central Nyack is closed as of 1 p.m. Friday as local firefighters investigate a possible blaze at 89 Rt. 59.
A caller at Valerio Contracting told police they spotted smoke inside the building.
Traffic is still moving along, and no smoke is visible from the building's exterior.
