Heidi Quinn, 49, of Pomona; Jennifer Lopez, 20, of the Bronx and Franciellis Lopez-Cedeno, 29, of the Bronx were all indicted by a Rockland County Grand Jury for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree June 14.
According to District Attorney Thomas Zugibe, a Lord and Taylor loss prevention officer observed Quinn putting clothing and accessories in a shopping bag and leaving the store without paying for the the morning of Nov. 23, 2012. She was stopped outside the store with items worth $1,599.48.
Zugibe stated that Lopez and Lopez-Cedeno were apprehended after a similar incident Nov. 13, 2012. They were found with items worth over $2,000.
