Tappan Zee Bridge Accident Has Thruway Traffic Jammed

Southbound traffic backed up for miles; accident in Westchester also delays northbound traffic.

A 4:30 p.m. accident on the Tappan Zee Bridge has created more than an hour of delays southbound on the New York State Thruway and on the bridge.

An accident on the Thruway in Westchester has also delayed northbound traffic.
