Nyack F.D. Gives Santa a Ride for Visit to Kids at Nyack Hospital
Volunteers bring cheer to children in hospital for the holidays.
As Santa's reindeer rest up for the work they have ahead of them next week for Christmas, members of the Nyack Fire Department stepped up to give Mr. Claus a ride to Nyack Hospital so he could visit children who are in the hospital for the holidays.
Members of the NFD's Empire Hook and Ladder Co. No. 1 in Upper Nyack and their family members helped Santa hand out toys to kids, including one your lady who was celebrating her 8th birthday as she was in the hospital.
The hospital visit has become a tradition for members of Empire Hook and Ladder.
