A Florida resident spotted driving erratically in Nanuet in 2011 pleaded guilty to DWAI in January 2012, according to court documents.
Police said the 30-year-old Ocala, FL resident was stopped by a Clarkstown police officer about 2:10 a.m. Saturday on New Clarkstown Road.
