A 17-year-old driver was cited for violating the restrictions of his junior driver's license today after he and four others in a car were injured in an accident in Valley Cottage, according to Clarkstown police.
All five occupants of the 2002 Nissan that was involved in a one-car crash at 10:40 a.m. on Mountainview Avenue were taken to Nyack Hospital for treatment. Police said the injuries were not life threatening.
The driver is a resident of Valley Cottage. The accident took place a short distance away from Nyack High School.
