Your Spare Change Can Help Nyack H.S. Football Players Get to Summer Training Camp
Most high school students haven't even begun to think about going back to school yet, but Nyack High School football players and coaches are busy getting ready for a new season.
In addition to the workouts and training that's going on, players are also working hard to raise enough money so they can take part in an upcoming football camp as a team.
NHS football players are conducting a coin drop fundraising effort on Saturday, Aug. 3, and Sunday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to noon. They'll be at:
- Strawberry Place, S. Broadway, Nyack.
- Turiello's, Main Street and Broadway, Nyack.
- Runcible Spoon, N. Broadway, Nyack.
- Hogan's Diner, Route 59, Nyack.
- David's Bagels, A&P Shopping Center, Valley Cottage.
- Nyack Hot Bagels, The Hub Shopping Center, Central Nyack.
If you're heading to these local food landmarks, or stopping nearby, expect to see the NHS football players set up with fundraising stations. NHS football parents say you're spare change can support the football program and help all of the members of the Indians squad get to the training camp.
