  • Why go: Support the children's circus program while enjoying great entertainment and a three course meal.

  • Where/When: Rockland Community College on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Why go: A great family friendly event full of vendors, activities and entertainment, including a performance by the Big Apple Circus!

  • Where/When: Clarkstown High School North; Friday at 7 p.m.  
  • Why go: Be amazed with the talent at a local high school, plus get a sneak peak at this year's prom attire from local vendors. Proceeds go to CHSN's project graduation fund.

4. Sassy Ladies Shopping Night

  • Where/When: The DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown; Friday at 6 p.m.  
  • Why go: Music, drinks, food and fashion tips; raffles will be for sale for chances to win awesome prizes.
  • Pricing: $10 in advance or $15 at the door  

5. First Friday Film Series screens Robert Altman's classic GOSFORD PARK
