Real Estate Roundup: Piermont Landing Townhouse Sells in Four Days

It was a decent week in local real estate—the area saw nine new listings hit the market including two Colonials in West Nyack, two Colonials in Nyack on Sickels and Sixth Ave, a condo in Valley Cottage, an interesting mixed use building in Piermont and a hot new townhouse rental on the landing in Piermont.  

There was one title transfer this week: a lake-view property on Boxberger in Valley Cottage that only took four days to sell.

And seven properties went under contract this week, including our featured property—a gorgeous condo on Erie Court in Piermont listed at $1,195,000 that only took four days to find a buyer.
