Locations in Stony Point and Congers will distribute dry ice while supplies last.

O&R will distribute limited quantities of dry ice Sunday at two Rockland County locations:

Stony Point
3 - 5 p.m.  
Old Grand Union Shopping Plaza
Rt. 9W at Filors Lane
Stony Point, NY 10980

Congers
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. 
Rockland Lake State Park - North Side
Rt. 9W
Congers, NY 10929

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I think…Read More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
