Historic House Tour in Piermont

"Do not miss a great opportunity to step inside a variety of intriguing historic homes in Piermont on a self-guided Historical House Tour, offered by The Historical Society of Rockland County and The Piermont Historical Society. 

The tour will be held rain or shine. This year's self-guided historical house tour offers a rare look at the homes and gardens of Piermont, a gem of the Hudson River.

The tour will feature charming old cottages and elegant houses, highlighted by the Ferdon House, a majestic home that has recently undergone a beautiful restoration and is soon to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places."

Reservations are recommended. Tickets can be purchased in advance from The Historical Society of Rockland County, 20 Zukor Road, New City, NY or online at www.rocklandhistory.org for $35 per person, prior to 10/8/2010. Day of Tour tickets can only be purchased at the Piermont Library, 25 Flywheel Park W., in Piermont, NY and will cost $40 per person.
