Changemakers: Songs and Images of the Civil Rights Movement

Rockland Community College will host an evening full of inspirational entertainment centered around the Civil Rights Movement, in observation and celebration of Black History Month.

The event will feature historical video footage and photos from that revolutionary time period, along with performances from many talented musicians, including Antoinette Montague, Shirley Crabbe, Sam Waymon and Laurence Holland, The Ramapo H.S. Jazz Band, Dan Ansaldo, Herve Alexandre and Faculty and Students of RCC Performing Arts Department.

This event is presented by the African American Historical Society of Rockland County, The African American History Month Committee and the RCC Performing Arts Department.
