6:05AM—With 157 customers reported out of power, Orange & Rockland Utilities is working to restore electricity to homes and businesses in Pearl River, South Nyack, Congers and New City.
A Valley Cottage resident posted on Nyack-Piermont Patch's Facebook page about losing power when the thunder and lightning section of Winter Storm Pax began rolling up the Hudson River.
The utility says that all power will be restored by 3 p.m.

5:15AM—Transport of Rockland (TOR) and Tappan ZEExpress Service (TZx) bus service.
TOR: Operating on a Saturday schedule. That means there is no service on Routes 95, 97 and Loops 1 and 2. Loop 3 is running but is not going into Pondview.
TZX: Operating on a Saturday schedule.
TRIPS: Service is suspended until 9 a.m.

Nanuet schools are closed. Due to the four recent snow days, Nanuet Schools will now be in session on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, February 19-21 and Tuesday, April 22.

Pearl River Schools will be on a 2-hour delay on Friday, February 14th. There will be no AM Kindergarten.
Due to the recent snow days, Pearl River Schools will be in session the following days: February 19th, 20th, 21st and May 22nd, May 27th.
