Over 350 people attended “Connecting Westchester” at Tappan Hill – the annual summer networking party organized by the Westchester County Association. This year’s event had a special twist: aspiring and elected officials were also invited to hobnob with the lively crowd, largely comprised of those from the corporate, business, and nonprofit sectors.
