Local Soap Star/Fitness Expert Is Changing Bodies In 18 Hours

Beth Chamberlin, long-time leading lady on the legendary daytime drama, “Guiding Light” has adapted her cutting edge fitness techniques to create a unique workout program, dedicated to empowering women through strength and fitness.

Nyack, NY September 2, 2013 – Beth Chamberlin is changing women’s bodies at an alarming rate. In as little as six weeks, women in her fitness training programs are seeing big changes in their bodies and they are singing her praises: “I feel stronger and leaner…thank you for believing in me and creating such a positive environment for change,” said Barbara Valente of Nyack. Helene Bon agrees, “Beth is a great motivator…if you’re about results, this is your workout.

When Beth Chamberlin discovered metabolic training with Russian kettlebells six years ago, she was struggling with her body and it was affecting her career. Six weeks after using this unique approach to fitness her body changed so dramatically that fellow actors and producers took notice.  Almost overnight her character’s story went from young Granny to cougar hottie in a love triangle.  “One of my co-stars asked me where I got my new arms and how could she get some of her own,” said Chamberlin.  “I realized then that I had found something special.”

Since then Beth has become certified as a fitness trainer and kettlebell instructor.  She co-produced two acclaimed fitness training DVD’s and built an outdoor gym at her home where she trains with friends and family.  When a friend suggested she share her knowledge with people in the area by offering a group fitness class, Beth ran with the idea.  In January Beth started training a small group of area women and bodies started changing. . .fast. This works for everyone,” said Beth.  “Three 40-minute workouts a week for six weeks and people are getting bodies they thought were gone forever.  That’s only 18 hours of exercise before the big changes start happening.”

Word got out and Beth’s phone started ringing.  Her group grew beyond capacity and she has decided to add more classes and devote her energies to building a business out of her fitness program.  New morning and evening programs will begin on September 9, 2013 and enrollment information can be found at www.NyackBootCamp.com or by phone at 845.558.0917.
