Units range from studio apartments to five-bedrooms homes. To qualify for housing, the Nyack Housing Authority takes into consideration residency, age, citizenship and work status. The current Housing Authority Manager is Toni Keys; Keys and the Nyack Housing Authority Board report to and are appointed by the Nyack Village Board of Trustees. The Nyack Housing Authority Board meets at 2:30pm on the third Tuesday of each month.
