The Housing Authority operates two developments, one at Waldron Terrace and the other at Depew Manor (for senior citizens). Waldon Terrace holds 82 families, and Depew Manor houses 48 seniors. Units range from studio apartments to five-bedrooms homes. To qualify for housing, the Nyack Housing Authority takes into consideration residency, age, citizenship and work status. The current Housing Authority Manager is Toni Keys; Keys and the Nyack Housing Authority Board report to and are appointed by the Nyack Village Board of Trustees. The Nyack Housing Authority Board meets at 2:30pm on the third Tuesday of each month.
