To this day two of the original jail cells remain, and house the restaurant's wine cellar. Many other original facets remain, as well.</p> <p>The Hudson House's downstairs serves dinner daily (except Mondays) in addition to lunch/brunch. The upstairs, where the village court was once held, is another dining room for private gatherings. The restaurant also features a full bar and outside patio dining.</p> <p>The restaurant's executive chef Christopher Dunn creates daily specials with fish, meats, pastas and more. The co-owner and baker Matt Hudson's desserts compliment Dunn's work and are know county-wide.</p>
