Receipts must be displayed on the dashboard area inside vehicles.</p> <p>Regulated parking hours and fees are posted and subject to change.</p> <p>The lot is used for special events, including the Nyack Farmers Market, and is used for entertainment during street fairs and as a gathering point for parades and other gatherings.</p> <p>There is additional parking nearby on Artopee Way of Cedar Street. This parking is also regulated.</p> <p>Note: The adjacent parking lot for the Nyack Plaza Apartments is not public parking.</p>
