Doug Chi Nguyen, master sushi chef, opened Wasabi restaurant in Nyack in 2003. His place was so successful, he followed with Wasabi Grill in New City, NY and Wasabi Chi in Norwalk, CT. The atmosphere at Wasabi is elegant and the talented staff is efficient and knowledgeable. The sushi presentations are distinctively elaborate and enticing, and the combination of flavors will knock your socks off. Start off with one of Wasabi's fabulous martinis and go from there.
