Lushane's has been serving the Nyack community since 1999. Chef Hank Havorka offers a diverse menu of brunch, lunch and dinner options with French and Asian influences. Specialties include wasabi tuna, bouillabaisse, panko-crusted fish, cheese fondue and selections from the raw bar. Its liquor bar is also fully stocked; it offers specialty cocktails such as the South Beach Martini as well as a comprehensive wine list.
