Freelance Cafe is the fun, whimsical and less formal sibling to Xaviar's in Piermont and Restaurant X in Congers. Owner and Executive Chef Peter Kelly's menus have been drawing gourmands from all over the metropolitan area for nearly 30 years. The menu at Freelance offers daily specials, and there is an award-winning wine list. The cafe is open every day except Monday.
