Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES)

<p>Rockland Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) provides supplemental educational programs and services to the county's school districts and students. Programs include adult education, special education and career and technical education.</p> <p>Eight school districts are linked to Rockland BOCES, including the Nyack School District. During the 2009-10 school year, approximately 1,500 students from the various districts were involved in Rockland BOCES programs.</p> <p>BOCES maintains relationships and partnerships with individuals families, school districts, community-based organizations, major universities and the county to ensure educational needs are met.</p>
