Riders take scenic route through Rockland, Orange County for charity

Hundreds of motorcycle riders from Rockland and other parts of the Hudson Valley came together Sunday to ride for the Nyack Hospital Foundation—and raise money for the maternity department.

Riders took a scenic, 65-mile ride—named the "Born to Be Wild Motorcycle Run"—through Rockland and Orange counties to aid in purchasing two new sleeper chairs for the maternity rooms. Participants paid $25 to take part.

The start and finish line was the hospital's parking lot—motorcyclists returned to food, music and raffles.
