The Town of Orangetown is looking for volunteers to fill vacancies on land use boards and other committees.
There is one vacancy on the Architecture and Community Appearance Board of Review (ACABOR) and the Sanitation Commission. There is a small stipend for ACABOR. Interviews will be conducted in December. There are no vacanacies on the Planning, Zoning or Historic Area boards at this time.
Among the committees that would welcome volunteer members are Golf Advisory, Environmental and Youth Recreation.
