Worst dealership EVER!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere when shopping for a new car. Their team of professionals is anything but PROFESSIONAL. Absolutely NO customer service, customer relations or even common courtesy. Lies and deceit are their game and Hunter Barton is his name.. Awful sales manager, more like a FAILS manager! If the deal doesn't fit their liking anymore, even AFTER you have signed, they choose to deny the sales agreement and proceed with whatever they want to do. Causing you to run around, waste your time and ultimately have to put out money to hire legal assistance in order to put out the fire that is Palisades VW. I didn't believe the horror stories of car dealerships until now.. I have learned my lesson and will proceed with CAUTION next time I decide to look for a new car. Boycott this business-- Nyack is much to beautiful of a place to have this little shop of HORRORS close by.
