Tappan Zee Gets Top Seed in Sectional Baseball; Nyack Plays Tuesday

Tappan Zee received the top seed in Class A when the Section 1 committee set the pairings for the baseball playoffs Monday.
The Dutchmen will play at home Tuesday against the winner Tuesday's preliminary-round game between Lakeland and Yonkers. 
Nyack is the No. 11 seed in Class A and will play at home 4:15 p.m Tuesday against No. 22 Poughkeepsie. The winner of that game will go to No. 6 John Jay-CR.
