Stony Point Lighthouse Walk

Explore the history of Lighthouses on the Hudson River with a guided walk to the Stony Point Lighthouse. Climb the two ladders to the lens room and view the Hudson from the point of view of a lighthouse keeper. Visit the lighthouse gallery at the site museum.

The walk to the lighthouse from the parking lot is a steep paved drive. The lighthouse is accessed by two steep ladders and a narrow hatch. Young children are not permitted in the lighthouse. For safety concerns, entrance to the lighthouse is at the descretion of the guide.
