This Sunday, July 15 at 5 p.m., the Rockland Boulders will have a peanut-free section at their game against the New Jersey Jackals.

Seats will be on the short porch where it's general seating, and there will be picnic tables and room for the kids to move.

There is a baseball giveaway for the 1st 1,000 kids 14 years or younger, plus the kids will get to run the bases!

The tickets are $25 and that includes the food (peanut free of course). We are still waiting on the ingredient list to share in case of additional allergies.

Here is the link for the tickets. The password is peanutfree

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I thinkRead More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
