A delightful way to release the tensions of the day is by watching or participating in a local sailboat race. Glance toward the Hudson River just south of Hook Mountain any Tuesday or Wednesday evening and you’ll see sails dotting the water. On Tuesday’s, enjoy the concerts at Memorial Park from your beach chair while you watch Nyack Boat Club’s Laser sailboat fleet compete around a course of buoys provided by the Club.
Or, better yet, come join the fun on the water and listen to the concert from your own boat.
