- Sunday, 12 - 1:30 pm Vinyasa Flow No classes Sunday's August 5-September 2nd
- Monday, 5:45 - 7 pm Vinyasa Flow
- Friday, 6 - 7:30 pm Hatha Yoga
All classes are level I/II, mixed level/beginners welcome, taught by Birchwood Center trained and certified yoga instructors.
Classes are $7.00 each. Cash or check only, please no credit cards.
Unlimited class cards and monthly memberships will also be accepted.
