The Clarkstown bowling season will resume today as the team heads to Pearl River at 3:30.

Iona Prep defensive back Justin Combs recently committed to play football at UCLA. Combs stole spotlight from his famous father, rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs when he made the announcement. The Bruins will play in the Pac-12 championship game this Friday, just days after firing head coach Rich Neuheisel.

On Friday, Nyack Middle School’s students will take on their faculty for basketball supremacy. The game is a fund raiser for the 8th grade class of 2012, admission is $2 per person or $5 per family.

The New York State Racing and Wagering Board has of thoroughbred and harness racing in the state for 2012. This clears the way for Yonkers Raceway to continue live streaming video as well a race replays.
