Nyack Public Schools will be registering kindergarten students for the 2012-13 school year beginning Monday, Jan. 30.
Eligible children must be five on or before Dec. 1, 2012.
Registration packets are sent to all families known to have eligible children; if you have not received a packet, contact Donna Rochford at (845) 353-7000.

Evening registrations will be held on Monday, Jan. 30, Thursday Feb. 2 and Monday, Feb. 6 from from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. according to the first letter of the family's last name:
- A-G Monday, January 30
- H-N Thursday, February 2
- O-Z Monday, February 6
A child does not have to be present during registration. If a parent/guardian
cannot attend during evening hours, contact Donna Rochford to make a daytime appointment.

Specific information and documents outlined in the received packet must be brought to registration—a child cannot be registered without the correct documentation. If there is a problem with any of the documentation needed, please call the district for help.

Questions can be answered in Creole by calling Jocelyne Abraham (845-353-7044) and in Spanish by phoning Yesenia Polanco (845-353-7247). Creole and Spanish translators will be present on registration evenings.
