Meditation Workshop with Julie Lifton

Come and Experience the Joy of Sharing Silence

Yoga can be like learning to play the instrument of the body, and meditation like learning to play the instrument of the mind; both practices bring us greater health and peace.  For many of us, meditating with a group provides support and energy that can give a much deeper meditation experience.  In this workshop taught with gentle, compassionate, and patient instruction by Julie Lifton, we will explore several approaches to meditation such as mantra, breath, visualizations and Tonglin, both guided and silent, with stretching and movement in between.

Whether you want to establish a home meditation practice or simply want to come for the afternoon experience, this workshop is appropriate for beginners as well as those with an established practice of meditation.
