West Nyack resident James F. Simon, Dean Emeritus at NY Law School , will speak about his latest book, FDR and CHIEF JUSTICE HUGHES: The President, the Supreme Court, and the Epic Battle Over the New Deal at Nyack Library on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 7:30pm. The discussion of this timely history will not only shed light on the relationship between the Presidency and the Supreme Court during the 1930's, but will also examine today's complexities and impact on public policy.
