Many Rockland incumbents were re-elected in Tuesday's local elections, but voters did make some changes in their town and village governments.
Incumbent supervisors were defeated in Stony Point and Orangetown, and Nyack has a new mayor.
After the voting, candidates gathered throughout the county to tally the votes, cheer on the winners and console the defeated.
