Parking will be free in the Artopee and Riverspace lots just off Main Street in downtown Nyack until Jan. 2 for the holiday season.
"We have tons of parking off Artopee lot and the Riverspace lot ... strarting Nov. 25 - Jan. 2," said Mayor Jen Laird-White.
There may have been some confusion because, White said, because of incorrect information circulating that parking was free throughout the village, which is not the case.
Both lots are located just south of Main Street between Franklin Street and Cedar Street.
