Operation Medicine Cabinet, a program in which Rockland County residents can safely dispose of unwanted, unneeded or outdate prescriptions drugs, will be conducted Saturday at two sites in the county.
In the program, police collect the drugs - no questions asked - and they are shipped to be destroyed at a state-certified inceration site.
