Warrant Arrest: Man Accused of Doing Home Improvement Work Without License

Orange County man arrested by Rockland County Sheriff's Department.

An Orange County man has been arrested on a warrant charging him with performing home improvement contracting work without a license, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.

James Hines, 48, of Wurtsboro, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday in Blooming Grove. He was wanted on a warrant issued in Haverstraw Town Court.

Hines was arraigned in Haverstraw and released pending a May 30 hearing.
