State Police based in Haverstraw said a Stony Point man and a New Jersey man were charged with drunken driving in separate incidents on Route 59 and Route 303.
- Jheison P. Villarreal, 20, of Stony Point, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, at 3:47 p.m. Saturday on westbound Route 59 in Clarkstown. He was later released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
- Douglas M. Gardner, 35, of Closter, NJ, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, at 5:09 a.m. Saturday on southbound Route 303 in Orangetown. He was released to a third party pending a hearing in Orangetown Town Court in Orangeburg.
