Jayquan Boone, 21, of Spring Valley was sentenced to a state prison term of seven years and five years post release supervision after pleading guilty to Second Degree Burglary. Zugibe stated between February 12, 2013 and March 24, 2013, Boone entered five different residences and stole televisions, jewelry and computers.

Maurice Mayfield, 35,  of West Haverstraw was sentenced to a state prison term of five years and five years post release supervision after pleading guilty to Second Degree Burglary. Zugibe said on August 11, 2013 at approximately 4:30 pm, the victim asked Mayfield to stop smoking marijuana outside the victim’s apartment. Mayfield then went into his apartment and back out to yell at the victim thru the victim’s window. Zugibe said then Mayfield kicked open the victim’s door, threatened the victim with a knife and punched the victim.
