I hope he will receive counselling for alcoholism, community service, fines, and losing his license for a substantial period. I hope he doesn't end up in the penal system - he's 21, has poor judgement, - where are his parents? He must join AA and needs to understand the seriousness of this wild evening escapades - just not jail which could totally ruin the rest of his life. And just where was he doing all his drinking? Surely bars and clubs have some responsibilty to stop serving drunken kids, and his friends should have taken his car keys. Lot of blame all around.

No one will miss him not even his parents, he hits women, destroys property and puts countless outher people at high risk with his "poor judgement" and the county of rockland is a much safer happier place with him locked up. Ive met him, have spoken to his victims and know who he really is, a mentally unstable individual. you share something with carl, POOR JUDGEMENT. mabey if you knew why the police were trying to stop him and question him in the first place, which i do, you would have a diffrent opinion on this matter so before you say someone shouldent be in jail you should get all your facts straight.

SPRC knowing Carl Canzona my whole life (since I was a baby) and the situation 100 percent I think YOU should get your head out of your ass. And his parents and family love him ( I ALSO KNOW THAT)...get a fucking life you piece of shit.
