Port Chester, Central Nyack Men Arrested After Fight In Nyack

Police: Men charged with disorderly conduct in early-morning incident on Main Street.

A Port Chester man and a Central Nyack man are both accused of disorderly conduct after they were found fighting on Main Street in Nyack early Saturday morning, according to police.

Town of Orangetown police said an officer on patrol at 3:44 a.m. spotted Samuel Carter, 23, of Port Chester and Ernest Prince, 23, of Central Nyack, fighting with each other in front of 128 Main St., Nyack. Police broke up the fight and both men were arrested.

Both men were taken to Orangetown police headquarters in Orangeburg and charged with disorderly conduct. They were both later released pending a May 15 hearing in Nyack Village Court.
